Shipping Policy
Free UK Delivery on Every Order We offer free standard shipping on all orders to mainland UK addresses. No minimum spend required.
Delivery Timeframes Standard delivery: 5–10 business days from order confirmation. We work with trusted shipping partners to get your order to you as quickly as possible. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
Tracking Your Order Once dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery. If you haven't received a tracking email within 5 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us at getpurrly@hotmail.com.
Delayed or Lost Orders If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of your dispatch notification, please contact us at getpurrly@hotmail.com with your order number. We will investigate immediately and either resend your order or issue a full refund.
Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product and email us at getpurrly@hotmail.com within 7 days. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.
